DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer next-day delivery Monday to Friday (see delivery details below). Please use our postcode search feature to check availability. If you need help or advice, please contact our customer service team.

  1. Deliveries will usually be next working day subject to stock, eligible postcode area and order being placed by the cut-off time – please speak to our Service Team for more details.
  2. Orders over £200 (including VAT) delivered free of charge. Orders under £200 (including VAT) subject to small order delivery charge of £15 + VAT.
  3. At the time of delivery, you must check all products for any sign of packaging or product damage and check the number of products delivered against the delivery note. You should report any damaged or missing products within seven days of delivery to our Service Team. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing products which are not reported within this time.
  4. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  5. Deliveries will be made by APP Wholesale with one driver or via an authorised carrier where appropriate.
  6. Deliveries made on APP Wholesale vehicles may require your assistance with offloading of products, depending on the weight of the items delivered.
  7. Deliveries require a signature as acceptance of the accuracy and quality of the products delivered.
  8. Any products delivered (within the ordered quantity) that are surplus to requirements will (where we agree to take a return for them) incur a re-stocking charge per order.

We deliver to most areas Monday to Friday and will do everything we can to deliver orders over £150 next working day. In some more remote areas, this may not always be possible. Just enter your postcode in the box below and we can estimate that for you, but please always call your local distribution branch to discuss your requirements with our team.
