The Neomitis E-Bath Slim 500W White Smart and Connected Electric Towel Rail (also known as a towel warmer) is only 400mm wide and offers both local (no internet required) and remote control options. It connects directly to the internet through your router with no extra cost, subscription, or additional accessories needed. Alternatively, it can connect via an IOT Box using Zigbee 3.0.

You can control it remotely using your smartphone, tablet, or computer, and also through voice commands via the free MYNEOMITIS app. The remote control is integrated into the unit, battery-free, and features a digital display with a backlit LCD screen, black background, and white digits for enhanced readability. The discreet connected receiver is located in the lower part of the unit. The slim remote seamlessly blends into the heater, preserving towel space.

This towel rail is auto-programmable with dual optimization, occupancy detection, and integrated daily and weekly programming. It offers 5 pre-set programs, 3 of which are customizable through the app. Settings are backed up permanently, and you’ll benefit from free updates via remote software upgrades using OTA technology.

In addition to its sleek design, it is available in an anthracite grey finish, making it a stylish addition to any modern bathroom. The steel heater body is coated with a white epoxy paint resistant to moisture. It features D-shaped manifolds and 22mm diameter straight rails, and comes with 4 white patented wall-mounting brackets for easy installation, including depth adjustments and double lock features.

The towel rail uses high-quality glycol water as thermal fluid, with frost protection down to -20°C at neutral pH. It also includes a drilling template for installation. The unit uses PID control with a triac and relay, and comes with a dual safety electric immersion heater (overheating protection + thermofuse). It is equipped with a 6-order pilot wire, compatible with energy programmers, offering multiple settings such as stop (standby mode), frost protection, comfort, eco, and more.

Manufactured in France at an NF-certified facility, the product meets CE, IP44, and Class II standards.
