The 290ml Fernox F3 super concentrate cleaner is a neutral universal cleanser for pre-commissioning new systems or restoring heating efficiency of existing systems. Quick and easy to apply via one of the radiators  even with the system running  it removes sludge, scale, flux residues and other debris.
